Never been to or hosted a star party.. astronomy is a very solo operation for me... and I'd love to go to one, but this one.. bit far.

I'll be there! Fifth time I've been to 6d Handly.

Always good fun, no matter what the weather is like. There is a good restaurant/bar on site, a great pub in the village and also a genuine famly butcher.

Local attractions include Salisbury Cathedral, Shaftsbury (Gold Hill), Monkey World, a bison park and something I'm definitely going to try this time - a go kart track!

As a further inducement/bribe - mention this thread when you arrive on site and I'll buy you a beer and a Jaffa cake!
