focuser messing up the colimation

Hey guys, help you could help me out!

I was collimating (with laser stuff) and i noticed that my focuser was a bit loose.. and when i lock it a weird deformation appears at the collimator mark.. after trying to solve it i took a shoot to see if it was ok...

First question is have you checked and set the collimation of the laser collimator ?

That has to be done initially as otherwise you have no chance.

yes, double cheked and it's perfect! 

The focuses seems to be loose and i didnt find where to tighten
