I have jusst installed SGP and managed to have everything working except for my Platesolver.

I installed Astronomy net and also all of my required index files.

I have been having problems with the port number and re installed with different port numbers but still can't connect off line.

On line it works fine.Port numbers 8080-8081 were not available and so I re-installed to port 8082.

After the install I checked via the cmd promt "netstal -n -a -b to check my ports again only to find port 8082 used by LMS.exe.

I know ASCOM looks for COM1 by default

I received a reply on the SGP forum from Any and he said to try all ports below 49152 (Windows 7) untill I find one that works.

I have just closed the Bar and will go up and try.

I had another reply on the SGP forum from Nigel and he suggested deleting config at the end of the http address in the "other menu" in the plate solve section of SGP.

Before my addresse was http://127-0-0-1:8082/api/config

Now it is http://127-0-0-1:8082/api/

It now works.
