Problems updating to v3.37 firmware

Hi All

I hope someone here may be able to help, I tried to update my synscan V3, the update fails every time at 10.25% but now the handset will only switch on in update mode (ie with 8 & 0 pressed) if nothing is pressed nothing happens, any ideas would be really appreciated

Have you tried turning the transfer rate down to "low"?

Have you tried to install an older firmware update?

1. Is this the first time you tried to upgrade the firmware?

2. What version of Windows are you using?

3. What USB to Serial adapter are you using? Some are better than others.

4. You can set the COM rate down by pressing the "SETUP" key when the hand controller starts in "Update Mode".
