Help with artifact, vertical spike on Takahashi Epsilon 250

I recently rented time with Itelescope with the equipment listed below, on two bright stars, on the far right there is a vertical stripe artifact, andy idea what it is, how to avoid it.  Images are lum, 300sec, 8 subs.  I have attached an un-stretched sub, and an integrated image set

Filters:  Red Green Blue, Ha, SII, OIII, Clear and Johnson's Cousin's Photometric B,V, and I filters.

Position Angle: 011º

They are saturation trials. Each pixel can store only a certain amount of electrons (it is full well - in your case 100,000 e-). If a pixel is illuminated by a bright star and/or if the exposure time is too long, that pixel will fill up, and the electrons will start to fill the neighboring pixels. When the image is read, all the extra electrons will be spread over the column containing the saturated pixels, making a saturation trail.

Thanks, this was my first image from a dark sky site, using a fast telescope, I guess I should shoot some single shot scouts before committing to an entire sequence

Is this the same as a 'bloom artifact"?
