Can anyone tell me if its normal for CdeC to not keep system time when shut down. Everytime I start it up I have to set it to actual time as its usually hours out. Normally this would not be a problem but sometimes I forget to do it and I wonder why my scope is going in the wrong direction

If you go into 'Date and Time' you can tick the box 'Use system time (UT)', 'apply' then 'OK'.

Then, from the 'Setup' menu, select 'Save Configuration Now'.

It should now show the correct time when you start up.

Mr. Spock's info should sort you out.  It's easy to overlook though.  I normally have that set on the laptop that I use to control the mount, but once I switched it off to check some future planning and forgot to put it back on again.  Consequently on the next session with the mount I was sat there scratching my head for ages trying to work out why mount had all of a sudden refused to point in the right direction :icon_scratch: Finally the penny dropped.
