Hi, i was in communication with FLO before i signed up for this forum and always found them great. I much prefer dealing with specialist, locally owned shops whenever possible rather than going through Amazon etc and have also found their pricing to be very competitive as well. That said, as a sponsor of SGL, do members get a discount? (If you don't ask....!)

Generally you wont get discounts but you will get helpful fast service from people that know their stuff with superb after sales

I have found FLO's postage to be quick and their prices as good as other astro retailers at the very least

In my experience FLO are fantastic, I have always found them to be very quick, very helpful (especially if there's a problem - I bought an AVX mount from them which turned out to be faulty, their service was exemplary), very competitive and knowledgeable. It's a business that operates ethically and deserves every success that comes their way.

Im in Ireland, so i dont get next day delivery have bought most of my astro gear from FLO. 

No complaints. After-sales care...................they really look after you.

Yep, FLO is always my first port of call. I only buy stuff elsewhere if they don't stock it.
