DIY... Dob Mount for f/5 150mm Newt

I was just fooling around in the shop last week and decided to build a Dob mount for my little 6" Newt.  Why?  Because I could.

I wanted something that was easily transportable; observing could be done from a simple folding chair regardless of target altitude; and have leveling feet, az setting circle, clutches on both alt and az, and a roller-bearing azimuth.

Here's my little project...

I want to do this with my 200p but not sure where to start.

The first thing is to figure out the trunions.  The last three pictures show plumbing parts, stainless steel collars to keep the scope centered in the box, and everything assembled with the rings.  From there, it's downhill.

Nce job, that looks like much more comfortable observing than an EQ mount!

Thanks!  That was the major consideration in designing the height.  I wanted to be able to sit in that black folding chair to observe.

I have several mounts, including the CG-4 Eq that came with the scope, but all require twisting the scope in its rings just to save my neck, and constantly adjusting a real observing chair can be a "pain" reserved for a bigger scope.
