Very nice ... How many frames , capture details etc ?

Hey,

Sorry I used Fire capture with my ZWO ASI120mm @ 10000 frames and used AS!2 to stack the AVI and used a little sharpening in Photoshop.

Good effort there Wolvie. One thing with the lunar surface at these phases is how bright it can be. Exposure control is one thing you may need to watch, but you will get the hang of it. try and watch the screen to make sure you don't have too much exposure. It will affect the frame rate as well (so the lower the exposure the greater the frame rate)...or thats the way it works in OA capture. I would have a go with the wavelet function in Registax to do the sharepening, but go easy with them. I find them great with lunar images, but other people also use astraimage deconvolution.

Think you have done well there for second outing. Keep at it, overtime out you learn a little more.

Regards
