So we have been split from the Lunar forum, I hope this doesn't have any tidal effects on our lovely planet.

I thought there was a split in a solar feature!   Nice to have the two separate now.

Sun-wise, I caught a gap this morning for solar brekky, some nice proms about. But looking on gong, it looks like there were two big lift offs today! Wonder if any SGLers caught either or both, I think first one was too early for UK. What a catch both would have been!

Confused me there for a minute, but that happens a lot now I'm old 

Just had a quick look between the clouds and there's a nice prom display which I shall try to image  if there's a big enough gap in the clouds, there was a mention of shopping earlier so I'm keeping a low profile ATM hiding at the bottom of the garden.

In hindsight Luke, I think I saw one of them before it was about to go. I got clouded out then but it looks a very different shape now so I guess it must have 'gone off!'
