Best cheap option is probably to make a few shield from a camping mat for both the scope and the finder scope.

For eyepieces, it's often easiest to have a couple on the go and keep one warm in your pocket whilst using another. When that gets a bit misty, swap them over.

I use a 12 volt hand dryer and plug it into my portable jump starter. It works very well with just enough heat to remove the dew. I obtained a similar one from Amazon - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Roadpro-12V-Hair-Dryer-Black/dp/B000BHQ5JC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432368557&sr=8-1&keywords=12+volt+hair+dryer

Also as Stu has stated make yourself a dew shield for the finderscope and the end of Skywatcher. I also keep my eyepieces in a case.
