Binocular Sky Newsletter, May 2015

Recommended Posts

The Binocular Sky Newsletter for May 2015 is now published.

We have the usual overview of DSOs, variable and double stars but, owing to the longer nights, there are only a few lunar occultations.  Comet C/2014/Q2 Lovejoy is difficult and fading, the binocular planets Uranus and Neptune become very difficult dawn twilight objects.

To grab your (free!) copy, head on over to http://binocularsky.com/ and click on the Newsletter tab.

Thanks Steve. The newsletter will be very useful this month. I will have a slightly different binocular experience as I take my Canon bins on my big USA trip. I hope to send some dark sky reports from there
