need help identifying an interesting little blur

My partner and I took this image whilst trying to capture some pictures of the Aurora Borealis.

I just noticed whilst reviewing some of the pictures that we had an interesting little patch on the photo that looks suspiciously like a galaxy.

Being an amatuer from London I am not used to seeing so many stars and I cannot quite recognise where in the sky this picture is pointing.

Any clues if that blur is indeed something galactic?
