Hi everyone,

quite an unusual April for the UK in terms of astro-imaging, but like many I also can't wait to get back to narrowband.

I have always found LRGB tricky and I still can't settle on a reasonable workflow. Here is my go at a beautiful pair in

Canes Venatici: NGC 5033 and NGC 5005. (There are other subjects in this wide field of view.)

Some of the stars have a bit of a multicolour halo. I'm not sure what causes this, I've retaken the R for this purpose, which improved things a bit;

hopefully it doesn't detract much from the image. I'm pleased with the detail in NGC 5033 at this

pixel scale (circa 1.4").

Data:

L= 62x600s

R,G,B= 10x600s each.

Equipment: Atik 460, 130PDS and Heq5.

This time I used the demo version of SGPro and I found it awesome.

Comments welcome and thanks for looking!

cheers
