Hello everyone,

I think I might have to get a copy of Turn Left At Orion, because that is exactly what has happened to me.

I'm researching what scope to get and have already taken on a lot of advice from here. Thanks everyone for all your contributions.

I'll post my questions separately so I can try to get my post count up to 50

Hi Ottoerago and welcome to SGL. Best to research the subject of telescopes well before coming to a decision, more will depend on what you want to observe, as you will find that there is no scope which will cover all aspects, stars, Planets, DSO, to the extremes of astrophotography. Invest in the largest aperture you can afford and if in doubt always ask, enjoy the forum :)
