Jupiter animation help!

Hi Need help processing pics of one of the transits of jupiters moons.

I took loads of vids of the transit but unfortunately due to bad positioning of the mount I had to move the whole setup to avoid a dirty great tree GGrrr!

So after processing all the vids in Pipp,AS2 & registax 6 i've found that half of the pics I'm left with have moved only slighty but when put through pipp to make the animation it obviously moves jupiter which looks pretty silly.

I tried using the flip & rotate setting in registax to line up the bands on jupiter but it seems to move the image ever so slighty up or down which when you come to run the animation makes the planet jump up or down part way through.

Anybody got any advice?
