Glorious sunny day with barely a cloud in the sky. Seeing is somewhat variable from excellent to down right awful and it's a bit breezy for my kit but at least the Sun is out!

White light close ups. Shot with the QHY5-II mono + #56 green and Baader Neodymium filters. 10% of ~1500 frames stacked in AS!2. Couldn't use a barlow today due to wind.

Finally, a couple of hydrogen alpha images taken with the PST / QHY5 / 2x barlow. 10% of ~1500 frames stacked in AS!2.

I only took a couple of HA files as I am sure there will be Quark images around today that will massively out-class my rudimentary shots

Another set of great images. I've been out with the camera too. Buying a baader solar filter for my mak has definitely been money well spent.
