as some might know am a total newbie and i just got the said telescope not sure of the right reason why i got it but i throught it would be the correct for by budget for the time being . i haven't quite used it yet but what i like to know is the two lens that came with it going to be enough for me ? they are an super 10mm and an super 25 wide angle long eye relief ? what other lens would i need to get that will help us.also would i be wasting my money in buying an synscan az controller for this telescope.

for the price of the telescope i paid for what will i exspect to see out there in the open sky ,i know am not going to see mega clear images that's why you will have to spend £1000's on but i hope i not going to see just an blur blob

25mm works fairly well. 10mm isn't so good.(at least mine wasn't after I cracked it doing solar projection). I think a good 6 or 12mm would serve you o.k but others on here will he able to give you better advice than I can. Best of luck.

You'll need a dedicated t ring for a dslr and possibly an extension tube. I think your scope is about f4.5 so that would give you around 20x mag at prime focus with an APS-C sensor. I don't know how your mount would perform though with a quite heavy camera stuck at the top of the telescope tube. I think you can also stick a Barlow in the optical train to increase mag. First Light Optics are very good at giving advice.

Nothing to loose trying your camera but some cameras are very heavy and the focuser wont have been designed to carry the weight.

I think on searching before I found the load capcity of the virtuoso mount overall, so that woudl be worth checking to see if your camera and telescope combined are eaay within that weight.

Using a webcam for imaging planets would be no problem I think.
