WinJupos questions

It was a quite while ago since I wrote anything here last time.

I have a few questions.

1. I can succefully derotate single R/G/B frames to one RGB image. But I have problems to derotate more combined RGB-images after that. Should I make longer film clips then 60 seconds or should I try to combine more of my data instead? I take 50 or 60 seconds long movies today, I could increase it next time I do planetary imaging. But I am afraid to get bad edges when I do so.

2. Is it any way to atomize WinJupos to do many automaticly measurements with the F11-trick on Jupiter?

Here is my equipment.

ZWO ASI120MM, EQ-6, Cave Astrola 8" f/8 Deluxe B

Windows 7 64-bit, Firecapture that saves the files with WinJupos compatible names, NTP-client to get correct time, EQMOD.

You could easily double the length of your AVI capture. As far as I know, WinJupos is all manual.

Maybe I can take longer movie clips then that and derotate single R/G/B movie to get one RGB image? If I just double the time I can still process every singel movie without movie derotation.
