Part of the Milky Way from Kielder

We decided to spend a week imaging in Kielder and have been amazed to have had six clear nights in a row! This is one place we'd never been, having been to various dark sights here and abroad, and the skies here are truly all they are cracked up to be- some of the best we've ever seen. This is a stack of 10 x 5 minute exposures, taken with the modded Canon 450d through a 28mm lens at f/2.8, processed in Pixinsight and Photoshop. It was tracked using the new Skywatcher Star Adventurer mount, with no autoguiding at all and a very rough polar alignment- we are very impressed by this little mount!
