Safe/ Good value solar filter/foil for solar observing?

Recommended Posts

There's a solar eclipse in my area on the 20th of March, and if it's pheasable I'll use it for day to day solar observing too if that's safe. I've been given reputable brands before but it was a long time ago and I never wrote them down, does anyone know what I'll need?

If it helps to know, I use a SkyWatcher 130m 6.1" reflecting telescope

Thanks.

Yep another 1 for Baader. 1 sheet is nearly A4 sized (200x290mm) and is about £18. I reckon I'll get filters for my binoculars and my refractor out of a sheet. Of course it will be cloudy at the time of the eclipse after I've spent the money. Sorry!
