Solar eclipse meet up west yorks

i have managed to book the day of work, and figured it might be worth getting a few people at one place in west yorks.

So who is free and up for this and where would be a good spot to meet up for a little solar party?

The Astronomy Centre is open for this event, we will have white light and Ha telescopes in use as well as free eclipse glasses.

I did think about your place, will the sun be nicely clear of the hills by time of eclipse?

We will be doing live video in white light and Ha from the main dome so we should be high enough up.

Will i be okay bringing my own scope/mount/camera on site
