Replacement power cable for Atik 314L+

Hi all,

The power cable that came with my Atik 314L+ has cracked and will soon be for the bin (camera to cigarette plug adapter).

FLO don't stock a replacement so wondered if anyone else had replaced there one with something higher quality and if so where did you get it?

via a Female cigarette to ring tongue adapter

if it`s the original cable Rob, it might be worth contacting Atik, i`ve only heard good things about there customer service in the past which is the main reason i`m now on my second Atik camera.

even second hand cameras have been given the full treatment regarding service from them.

just a thought.

I bought the camera second hand and I do think it was my own fault that the part cracked.

I will contact them to see if I could purchase a replacement from them or if they could recommend a source though, thanks for the idea

I sent an Email to Atik and they responded within the hour.

They have offered to send me a replacement cable free of charge which is a very pleasant surprise.

The Atik legends are true , nothing like excellent customer service to brighten up someones day.
