It's been a few years (2011) since I imaged this popular object.  I wasn't going to post it up until I had more data but by the time the Moon is out of the way and I am back from my holiday it will be too late.

All Baader filters

Ha 7 x 20mins + 10 x 40secs

RGB 4 x 180secs + 3 x 15secs each

For comparison, I added the Ha to RGB data I collected in 2011 with my DSLR, to be honest I think this has come out better:

That colour and detail in the centre of the image is a trip! I haven't seen it like that before - really cool Carole
