beginners software?

hello i recently bought a nexstar 130slt  scope i would like to try to do some astro photography  with it i bought a microsoft life cam and was wondering what would be good software to run all this that is fairly easy to use i looked on youtube for tutorials and found this list http://canadianastronomer.com/astro-tools/ there are alota choices any advice what would be good for a beginner? thanks

You'll find that you play around with quite a few of the different free softwares as you move along. They are all fairly simple once you get the hang of things.

The complicated software is image processing such as Gimp, PhotoShop etc.

Sharp cap or fire capture for getting the video (both free) autosakkert 2 for stacking and Registax for tweaking then Photoshop or The a Gimp for post processing. As all but photoshop are free give them all a go and see which you prefer.
