First serious attempt at deep sky imaging

My first and probably last attempt at this object. 

Modded Canon 600d 11 x 1 minute subs no darks etc.through WO GT81 with Televue TVR2008 reducer/ flatner NEQ6 unguided ISO 1600

unsure how to process properly so just adjusted a few levels in Photoshop CC

Nice capture Michael, good to learn that there was some occasions for clear sky at Kielder.

Wednesday was a washout and thursday i was just visual through the C11 Friday was my Lovejoy night between clouds and Saturday was my frustrating night cloud dodging.

BUT as always a great time with Dave Ken and Dennis in the caravan.

Yes I was pleased t be able to see M76.

It was (to me) even better visually (with C11)

with both in the same field of view
