Jupiter 31st January - good seeing

Hi all,

 

Some good seeing at last here in the South UK. Jupiter imaged early on 31st Jan showing the darkening 'eyebrow' over the GRS. 

This was easily visible at the eyepiece above a vivid GRS. SPR looks darker than I remember.

Also dropping the gain to 65 stopped the vertical noise bands that I had suffered with the ASI camera.

Excellent image. Some very nice detail away from the GRS as well.
