Seeing conditions were varied to say the least , only really had about 45min of steady seeing over the 4hr session even thought it said NO jetsream ? ... maybe down to my  " local conditions "  ?

Anyway I decided to try some different filter combo's to bring out some more detail and looks like the R + RGB showed some better detail.

Some very nice detail in those Mike! Monday night looks the best chance for the GRS with no jetstream but knowing the weather it will probably be cloudy lol

Some nice detail coming through there. A couple of colour alignment issues on some edges which if adjusted may help to sharpen up the surface detail.

I thought I had run them through registax using the rgb align feature , so I tried again with one of the above pics and looks a little better ?

second image showing some good detail. Gaussian wavelets on registax, using the denoise button would kill some of the noise Mike. The top wavelet with a de noise setting of 20 or 30 should do it you don't even have to use any of the top wavelet for it to work.  See if you like it. I think you will

Lovely set of images. The RRGB will always bring out more detail, but a cost to colour balance. I struggle with this all the time.
