repairs

My Skywatcher HEQ5 mount has stopped working in one axis. I believe this is a motherboard issue. I have tried many contacts/companies etc. but no one seems able to help. If anyone knows of a solution I would be most grateful. I live in Lincolnshire.

OVL are the importer of Skywatcher equipment but importers tend to prefer a person to go through a retailer.

So I would say you will have to find a retailer within range and ask if they can get a replacement.
