Jupiter 30/01 from Bembridge

Just looking through last nights earlier data from last night - this one looks pretty reasonable across LRG and the B channel cleaned up ok.

Perhaps a little noisy overall, but there is some finer detail here than the longer focal length result from the end of the session.

Is it me or are there a lot more clear nights on the Isle of Wight?   Another very nice capture Jake and maybe more detail can be teased out?

It often seems that we have worse weather, particularly against the East of the country - but could be a case of the grass being greener and all that

I do have a nice relatively clear southern horizon, which is a blessing - but I would like to move a little further south (1/2 mile would make a big difference with the sea south and to the bottom of the garden).

Nice one Jake!  I set up on this night, but got rained on before I managed to capture anything!

I like the way that you are out there at every opportunity, I used to be the same but I feel the cold so much more these days.

Thanks - would be out tonight, but back in hospital with my daughter. Any chance I can though, hoping for that killer seeing one night [emoji6]
