Astroblagger
Couple of lunar panels through a red filter and ASI 120 mono. Annoyed i white clipped the crater rim but fairly pleased with it none the less. Would love to do a RGB moon with the mono camera, has anyone tried this if so can you show me your end image? Blazar
Dont think that looks like Tycho. It is Copernicus....Well done anyway!Copernicus can be a difficult subject. Might be best to try and capture during a different phase. When did you take these? What was your workflow and how did you finish it. Did you amend the contrast to try and dim the highlights on the rim, as it does look slightly dark. Might just be my Saturday morning eyes though ;-)
Bizibilder
That is a nice Copernicus - I had a go at RGB with the ASI120MM the other night, the result can be seen here: http://stargazerslounge.com/topic/235476-the-moon-26-january-2015-an-rgb-colour-image/
