M78 LRGB wide (ish) field

I took the luminance for this one a year ago through the Hyperstar but didn't manage to grab any colour before is disappeared behind the house so I've had to wait a while to finish it.  The colour was taken this month in quite poor conditions through a Borg 71FL at F/4 with a QHY9M, I wasn't sure about the exposure time needed to match the Hyperstar subs so took a guess at 600 sec which seems to have worked out pretty well.  Anyway here it is for better or worse, I'm not too sure about the colour balance but hopefully someone will put me straight if it's off.

That's beautiful, I presume the red bit is Barnard's loop.

Thanks Carole, yes you are quite right, it is a little bit of Barnard's loop.    Thank you Campbell I'm quite pleased with this one as the colour data was quite poor and I didn't expect much from it.

Such a devil of a target. You have some really nice details in the blue parts. These are often overcooked because the faint stuff needs such a hard stretch.
