LRGB Filters - which of these sets to get and why better than t'others?

Can afford either but dont like to waste money so wondering if they £73 would do or it's worth paying the £198.

For use with Atik460EX, Skywatcher ED80.

Sorry, but you need the CCD set. And yes, it's worth paying the extra.

Baader are probably the best value for money around.

That kind of make sense with my using a CCD, are the other ones for cameras like the DMK/ASI?

Yes, I think so. More suited to planetary imaging, though I'm sure someone will be along to say otherwise!

Don't skimp on filters, buy the beat ones you can. Baader are considered by most to be the ones of choice.

Brought the Baader LRGB set (£198), though I use them fro Planetary in my ZWO filter wheel. with my ZWO 120MM-s camera...but future proofed myself for when I want to upgrade to a proper CCD and go DSO....

I went fo the Baaders. I'd suggest an Ha filter as welll.

I've got the Baaders and they are parfocal on my FSQ and not far off with the ED80 either (maybe the Blue needs a tweak on the ED80).  Even the Ha is not that far from being parfocal either.

Thanks chaps - Ordered the Baaders CCD LRGB set and the Baader Narrowband filters!

I have the same and they are very good. You won't regret it.
