astro mick
What I thought was going to be a clear night, all I got was 45mins,before total cloud. This is a reflection Nebulae in Monoceros, which had the skies been clear,i had high hopes of. Anyway this is just 4x600secs in RGB. ED80 + HX916 camera. I am hoping that the red is nebulosity, rather than bad processing. We are told to include the bad and the good,so here it is. I just might go back to this. Cheers. Mick. Oh dear,i have just seen that spectacular image of this region,in 2 posts down. Time to give up.
JohnC64
I feel your pain Mick. I think we have all been there - Set up ready for imaging and then the dreaded clouds roll in.It definitely looks worth a return visit as the red nebulosity does appear to match the other imageJohn
