not a triple but happy with a double

Well at least it was clear! I had been looking forward to the triple transit, like a lot of people for a while.

This was the first set of RGB's when the seeing was pretty decent. 4000 frames for the R and G channels 3000 for the B channel. run through PIPP and the A/S then combined in GIMP.

Pleased to get 2 shadows and 3 moons, with one of those transiting.

trying to tease some decent images from the other later AVI's but not looking good from around 6:15am onwards.

Thanks for all the replies it was worth the effort getting up so early. Just a shame that the seeing deteriated for everyone so badly right at the crucial time, still that's astro-imaging for you!
