First go at Lovejoy, second go at a comet, i had a try at Ison.

this image is 14x30 seconds at iso 1600- canon 1000D and 200p, stacked in DSS.

thanks for looking, any comments welcomed. nearly forgot to say this was taken on the 18th Jan.

I have fair to middlin skies up here, and  (I also have 25 mins worth of ISO 800 at 30 seconds of Lovejoy to process yet), to be honest I had no option but to do short subs because my mount was playing up, but I have sorted that now. So as ever waiting for clear skies to get some longer subs.
