Bought a shutter control box for the D5100 . It worked great for several months then died. Sent it back and the problem turned out to be a bent pin in the box to camera cable. Obviously my fault, but I'd been somewhat bothered by that cable being too short. I mentioned that in the return note to Shoestring. Got a response from Doug very quickly confirming bent pin and stating the unit had been shipped including a 2m cable. No charge and free shipping. Great company to work with. Thanks Doug!-Jack
