griz11
Man I wish I could get to the southern skies. Lots of cool stuff to image there. A guy that used to run the observatory program at Chaco canyon moved to Australia. I used to go every year and participate in the week long summer solstice celebration and star party. Chaco has been an observatory for thousands of years. Great sky conditions too. In the desert and no towns for close to 100 miles. I'm doing DLSR as well. Just put together my mount. Loving it.Griz
Rudeviewer
Griz ive seen a few of your DSLR shots so far, when you get your mount nailed down, they are going to be awesome. I modded my dslr and it is has been pretty nice so far, a bit tough to process the red down to not being so noisy, but it makes shorter shots, and still getting the nebula possible.
