M31 in Lum from 24th Nov

60 mins of Ha. Very high haze and struggled with dew all night. Only done preprocessing so far.  A work in progress.

nice start! what length subs did you go for?

I got nearly 4 hours of 10 min subs must be coming on 2 months now and not had a single chance to get any more due to cloud, its so annoying, im looking for double figures at least for total exposure, I might finish it in 10 years or so...

A few nights ago I imaged M31 while waiting for M45 to clear the roof of my house, after 1.5 hours of 450s subs the result was very dissapointing even though the sky appeared to be clear but the seeing  was terrible. Needless to say that the clouds arrived before M45. Your image has a lot of promise. Have you done a linear fit on the RGB data before combining?
