This is my favourite type of sky image - a huge wide field panorama

I've been able to catch a noctilucent cloud display every year since 2005, helped in part by a huge view northwards towards the eastern Yorkshire dales from the field behind my house (next door own it but are happy for me to battle with the cows each time I go out to shoot a panorama - darn things love to try and lick the camera and tripod - ugh)

very nicely captured, i remember that night very well! it was my first ever view of noctilucent clouds, truly amazing!
