Bitty little C2 flare!

I think I may have become spoilt over the size of solar flares after the last week. :D

Still I was glad to notice this one starting as I was setting up and I managed to catch it alright plus this spot does seem to be throwing off a number of C flares so maybe there is more to come.

There is also a great arched prom on the western limb but I will have to dig out the processing guide to get rid of the sharpening artefacts.

Thank you all!

Cool shots, Jarrod. Just in case you are the cause of these flares - the Jarrod Effect? - can you have a look tomorrow at 9.30am UK time?

lol, well that would make it 10:30am here and I have to be honest with you on a Saturday morning that could go either way.

Might be a small flare but still some good pics Jarrod.

Cheers David.

Small on a solar scale but still pretty, I wonder how many megatons that would be?
