What QHY5 guidecam do I have please?

I bought it from Modern Astronomy Nv 2012.  Works great.  I just reinstalled Windows 7 on a SSD (great upgrade btw) but having issues getting the guide-cam reinstalled again.

It does not say what model it is anywhere on it - I just know it's a QHY5.  However, there are several sets of different drivers on QHY5 and I have lost the Disk and instructions I got with the camera....

RTFM young Stephen........  It's a QHY5 (not the V version).  I had a backup of the computer and searched through the drivers on that backup.
