Gino Arcari
hi all, been a while since I've posted, the weather in swansea is terrible and i haven't had a clear sky with no moon on a weekend for months..next week however is half term and this saturday is predicted to have a clear night so i'll definitely be doing a bit of imaging. The question is, which DSO do i chose to image? i would prefer to image a galaxy this time so what one/ones should i chose? also, should i use my sigma 150-500 to image or my 150pds without coma corrector? thanks
NotSoSuperNova
Hi Gino. While not a AP enthusiast I've noticed the comments a bit lacking so I thought I'd offer a thought. M33 is a nice target and is a bit more manageable than Andromeda because of it's size (though not in magnitude) Being one of our galactic neighbours it's nice to drop in every now and again. acey
Maybe comments have been lacking because it's posted in the observing section - if it was in imaging then I'm sure there would be plenty of suggestions.

tony210
What about NGC 7331 in Pegasus? Very bright and well placed and a brilliant edge on spiral with distant companions! Best wishes Tony.

Gino Arcari
Cheers tony, due to me being an astrophotography noob I stuck to an 'easy target' last night, m31, I was only out for a while because the clouds came over...this is what I got: https://m.flickr.com/#/photos/gino97/15598415746/ also, thanks bigmak
