D4N
Start by adding just the calibration frames (or masters) that will be used in all images (this may only be the bias master). Now you will see a new file tab group 1 has appeared, select this and add all the files that relate to your first file group here. Now group 2 has appeared, continue adding file groups and relevant calibration frames. Once done check everything seems ok and pick your reference frame. Stack as usual. If all your calibration frames apply to all your light frames and all use same exposure / gain settings you can just add everything in the first group and stack normally. TSED70Q, iOptron Smart EQ pro, ASI-120MM, Finepix S5 pro.
