It's beautiful!

Did you make a front lens filter from the welding glass? Also, is the OIII filter for bringing out extra detail, or for dimming the image a little more?

I'd love to see a picture of your setup.

No, 

Primary and secundary mirror withouth aluminium coating!  ->  Only glass. She's not wearing a reflective coating.  This is so, it would be like using two Herschel wedge. The welding glass and the OIII filter are counted in front of the eyepiece.
