Red Dot Finder

I have been trying to locate a Topic I saw in SGL a month or two back in which there was a fine  drawing ( black ink)  and component specification  with description  of a Red Dot Finder.....I  cannot recall whether the unit was specifically based on the Telrad model  but it certainly related to the same principal.

Would be grateful if someone could help on this.
