Sky Safari 4 Pro current time issue

I am having a small problem with Sky Safari 4 Pro I am hoping someone can help me with. I am currently in Namibia which is UK+1. My iPad knows what time it actually is, but for some reason when ever I launch Sky Safari it is insisting that the time is 1 hour behind the actual. Current location is correctly input. I am sure it is a simple fix, so hoping someone can tell me which option I either need to select or unselect.

I used to have a similar problem with heavens above on the smartphone where both the  OS  and the app were applying separate   time corrections
