Tracer battery pack for QHY8L

hi does anyone use a tracer battery pack to power a CCD camera?

I'm looking at the 10AH tracer from FLO to power my QHY8L.

When out and about I use a Tracer 40ah battery to power everything including CCD camera and guide camera.

They are very expensive for the capacity. I bought a 50Ah leisure battery for a lot less and it's capable of powering mount, camera and laptop.  10Ah won't last long running a QHY8L.

Thanks James, I've already got a larger leisure battery (86ah) but its not exactly airline portable at around 18kg... Should have mentioned that this was for portable power for my CCD to complement my travel kit. There seem to be a lot of people powering mounts with them but not that many powering CCD's.

You should to be aware that airlines may have restrictions on the size of Lithium battery that you can take on board.

Wh = voltage x Amp-hours

<100Wh - no restriction - 8Ah Tracer

100 - 160Wh - airline approval needed - 10Ah Tracer

> 160Wh - prohibited - 14Ah & 22Ah Tracers

Check before you fly or you may have to entrust your lovely Tracer battery to the care of airport staff for a week or two.
