Losmandy clamp for Ercole mount

This might not look much, but I hope it will make it easier for me to get more use out of my Vixen 150 ED.

It is a Losmandy clamp which fits to my Ercole mount, and can go on the half pillar with either the EQ6 tripod or Duralumium, whichever works best height and stability wise.

Hopefully this will give me a nice, stable yet quick to setup Alt-Az option for the Vixen so I am more likely to get good use from it.

Will post pictures of the full setup when I get a chance to use it.

Looks very solid Stu. I've put something similar on my EQ6 to hold my big 6" refractor. The Vixen / Synta fittings seem puny when you get a big scope on board. Losmandy is the way to go.
