Regarding Baader steeltrack focuser conversion

Hi all.

Have a question. I have celestrron C11 and am in my early steps of star gazing.

Recently decided to buy  a focuser.  and bougt myself  Baader steeltrack focuser Newton edition.

I did it hoping that it could be versed to sct variant. Looking at pictures they did look simislar.

Any ideas on how  one could acomplish this ? Or has anyone done it actually ?

Or this is a lost cause and it will be easier to reliese this focuser into the market ?

i'm sure the focuser body is the same in each case.  The mounting is completely different however.  Unless you're up to machining the mounting yourself, it's probably no more expensive to sell the newt model and buy the SCT model.
